We process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM CST, excluding holidays).

Order by 2pm CST
If you place your order by 2pm CST, Monday through Friday, your order will be shipped the same day (excluding holidays). This applies to US orders only, excluding California. Due to shipping schedules, California orders have a longer time in transit when shipped same day, therefore they are shipped the following morning to ensure quicker arrival.
If an order is placed on hold for any reason, you will be notified within 24 hours. Orders will remain on hold until confirmation of all pending details is received.
Orders placed by 2pm CST during special promotions or on holidays are excluded. We do not ship on national holidays.
This does not apply to international orders and Autoship orders.
Specially shipped items are shipped separately from the rest of your order. These items include Power Plates, Mattress Pads, Pillows, Testing Kits and Select Books and Media.
$4.95 Shipping for Orders Under $200
$4.95 shipping applies only to orders shipped within the Contiguous U.S. using the standard FedEx method. This method of shipping only applies to orders weighing less than 20 pounds.
