Ordering

You may order over the phone, via email or online. Call us at 239-673-2110 239-673-2110 between 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, or email us at [email protected] to place your order.

Payment

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, checks, Money Orders, PayPal and terms. If paying by credit card, you will be required to supply the 3- or 4- digit security code. When paying by check or money order, your order will be shipped once your payment clears our bank. In some cases, this can take as long as 14 business days.

Requirements

Because we’re only able to sell wholesale to health businesses and practitioners, we ask you to provide the following documentation:

  • New Customer Registration form
  • Business License and Reseller Certificate that shows your State Resale License Number or Federal EIN as well as your full business name and address.

All customers are required to fill out a reseller certificate registration form and provide a resellers number for tax purposes. We appreciate your interest in our Wholesale Program and look forward to welcoming you as a new member.

We sell wholesale only to verified health businesses and practitioners. You must supply a valid Business ID (EIN) and Reseller Certificiate, as well as your full business name and address.

You may place orders over the phone, via email or online.

All U.S. orders are shipped by FedEx unless shipped to a P.O. box address, which will be shipped by USPS.

Mercola Market is not responsible for delayed time due to customs or customs fees and charges.

Please contact your local postal office or Customs Office regarding their regulations before placing an order with us. We are a U.S. company where all orders are shipped from the U.S. Any orders returned to Mercola Market will be refunded minus the shipping and handling fees as well as any other fees associated with the return.

Orders with weight restrictions will need to be called in. A prompt will appear when ordering online to notify you.

In most cases, Wholesale items are not refundable unless it’s due to a manufacturer defect. Wholesalers should offer their own return options to customers. Do not have customers contact Mercola Market directly. In some cases, Mercola Market will accept returns within 30 days from the Wholesaler.

In cases of damage or manufacturer defect to the product, please send photos to [email protected] for review. Do not return any damaged or defective item without return instructions or authorization. Mercola Market will inspect the photos and handle returns and refunds accordingly.

We do not allow drop shipping.

No, Mercola Market is the only authorized seller on Amazon. All other sites that sell Mercola Market products on Amazon are strictly prohibited.
