Economy Shipping
When you purchase Mercola Market products, you will receive free shipping on all orders over $99 to the US and Canada only.
Orders less than $99 will receive flat rate shipping of $4.95 to US and $9.95 to Canada. Qualifying purchase based on pre-tax, post discount.
Specialty Items
Specialty items are shipped separately from the rest of your order and cannot be expedited. The following qualify as specialty items:

Delivery Time: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
Power Plates

Delivery Time: Please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery.

White Glove Delivery Service: Once your order is placed, it can take up to 10 business days to be contacted by the Power Plate shipping department to set up a shipping schedule. The Power Plate shipping department will then call the phone number you provided to set up a date and time for delivery. It is important to give all details about your house and the room where the unit will be placed so the movers know if they need to expect doorways, stairs, low ceilings, etc. Depending on your availability, the Power Plate shipping department should have your unit shipped within the next 48 hours.

Orders are processed within 1 business day (24 hours) before shipping. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Transit times shown at checkout do not include the processing period.
If an order is placed on hold for any reason, you will be notified within 24 hours. Orders will remain on hold until all required information or confirmation is received, which may delay processing and delivery times.

Damaged/Missing Packages
If your Mercola Market order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product along with the inside and outside of the box/envelope, and contact Customer Care within 45 days of the order date.
If your order tracking information shows that it was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Care within seven days of the delivery date listed on the tracking information.
