Economy Shipping

When you purchase Mercola Market products, you will receive free shipping on all orders over $49 and 90-day supply supplements to the US and Canada only.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using an economy method. Expedited shipping options are subject to the rates of the carrier.

We process and ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Shipping times may vary based on your shipping address, product availability and special promotional periods, including sitewide sales.

Shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, excluding holidays.

Orders less than $49 will receive flat rate shipping of $4.95 if less than 20 lbs.

Specialty Items

Specialty items are shipped separately from the rest of your order and cannot be expedited. The following qualify as specialty items:

Organic Crib Mattress

  • Delivery Time: Please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery.

Power Plates

  • Delivery Time: Please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery.
  • White Glove Delivery Service: Once your order is placed, it can take up to 10 business days to be contacted by the Power Plate shipping department to set up a shipping schedule. The Power Plate shipping department will then call the phone number you provided to set up a date and time for delivery. It is important to give all details about your house and the room where the unit will be placed so the movers know if they need to expect doorways, stairs, low ceilings, etc. Depending on your availability, the Power Plate shipping department should have your unit shipped within the next 48 hours.

Grass-Fed Beef & Meat Products

  • To ensure freshness and safety, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to guarantee your product arrives on a weekday.
  • Your delivery arrival date depends on your order date. Orders placed between Tuesday through Friday will ship on Monday. Orders placed Saturday through Monday will ship on Tuesdays.
  • US Wellness Products: The Beef Liverwurst, Frozen Beef Marrow Bones, Bison and Lamb products Monday through Wednesday every week. Deliveries are expected to arrive within 24 to 48 hours from when we ship.
  • All grass-fed beef products are packed in boxes with recycled paper and lined with insulated box liners made from recycled biodegradable cotton fibers to preserve them for the duration of the shipping time.

Seafood

  • To ensure freshness and safety, we ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only to guarantee your product arrives on a weekday.
  • Orders placed between Wednesday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
  • All seafood is packed in insulated coolers with enough dry ice to preserve them for the duration of the shipping time.

US Shipping Methods

U.S. and U.S. Territories: All orders are shipped FedEx unless you are shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.

UPS Tracking

U.S. Shipping Times after the package has been processed:

  • Ground Contiguous U.S. (1-3 days)
  • Ground Hawaii and Alaska (2-7 days)
  • Two-Day Air (2 business days)
  • Overnight (next business day)

Some restrictions may apply. If an order is placed on hold for any reason, you will be notified within 24 hours. Orders will remain on hold until confirmation of all pending details is received. Shipping policy does not apply to international orders, Autoship orders and orders paid by check or eCheck. Shipping rates are subject to change.

Damaged/Missing Packages

If your Mercola Market order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product along with the inside and outside of the box/envelope, and contact Customer Care within 45 days of the order date.

If your order was lost in transit, please contact Customer Care within 45 days of the order date so we may start an investigation. If your order tracking information shows that it was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Care within seven days of the delivery date listed on the tracking information.
