How to Sign Up

NEW AUTOSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

1. From the Product Description Page

Select “Autoship & Save 5%” and set frequency.
2. From the Shopping Cart

Select “Autoship & Save 5%” and set frequency.

UPDATE EXISTING AUTOSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

1. Go to Autoship Management Page or manage in the my account section under the autoship icon.

2. Add products from your Autoship subscriptions.

3. Update ship date, shipping address, and/or payment info.

Reminder Emails

Before your package arrives, you will receive a reminder email detailing the items, price and expected delivery date of your autoship subscription.

FAQ

1. How can I adjust or cancel my Autoship order(s)?

You may add new products to your existing Autoship order(s) on the individual product description pages or simply from your shopping cart. You may also adjust your delivery date or frequency in the Autoship & Save section of My Account. Removing items or canceling your subscription requires a quick call to our Customer Care team. We’re here to help during these hours:

Monday – Friday | 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST
Saturday and Sunday | 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST

If you’d rather write to us, please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response. For urgent cancellations, we recommend giving us a call during operating hours.

2. Where can I view my upcoming autoship orders?

View your autoship orders in the My Account section under the Autoship & Save icon.

3. How will I know when my autoship order is on its way?

You will receive a reminder email detailing your upcoming autoship orders and ship date.
