How to Sign Up

NEW AUTOSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

1. From the Product Description Page

Select “Autoship & Save 5%” and set frequency.
2. From the Shopping Cart

Select “Autoship & Save 5%” and set frequency.

UPDATE EXISTING AUTOSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

1. Go to Autoship Management Page or manage in the my account section under the autoship icon.

2. Add products from your Autoship subscriptions.

3. Update ship date, shipping address, and/or payment info.

Reminder Emails

Before your package arrives, you will receive a reminder email detailing the items, price and expected delivery date of your autoship subscription.

1. How can I modify my autoship order?

Add new products to your existing autoship orders on the product description page, or your shopping cart. You can adjust your delivery date or frequency in the Autoship & Save section of My Account. To remove items, or cancel, please call customer service at 877-985-2695.

2. Where can I view my upcoming autoship orders?

View your autoship orders in the My Account section under the Autoship & Save icon.

3. How will I know when my autoship order is on its way?

You will receive a reminder email detailing your upcoming autoship orders and ship date.
