International shipments are shipped by FedEx. All packages are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt, excluding holidays and special sitewide promotions. Certain countries have specific restrictions.

International Terms & Disclosure

Please check with your country's customs office regarding the import of the products you wish to order. As the buyer, you are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees and other duties.

You are responsible for complying with international, national or local laws regulating the importation of products that you may purchase. If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Mercola Market is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, fees and/or any other expenses related to importing the products you order. If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.

By placing an order with Mercola Market, you agree to the terms above.

Restricted Items

Certain products may not be available for purchase due to your country’s import regulations. For those specific items, a notice will appear in your cart along with instructions to remove that product before you’ll be able to complete your purchase. Mercola Market cannot guarantee that our restriction information is always up to date, and it’s possible that a restricted item will not trigger a message in your cart. As regulations change constantly, we strongly recommend checking with your local authorities for information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order.

In some countries, importing supplements are limited to one 90-day supply per transaction and must be for your own personal use. Losses incurred due to exceeding your country’s limitations will not be refunded.

Damaged/Missing Packages

If your Mercola Market order was damaged, please email a photo of the damaged product, along with the inside and outside of the packaging it was delivered in directly to Customer Care.

If your order was lost in transit, please note that we can only submit missing claims 45 days after the original shipment date. Once 45 days have passed, please email Customer Care stating that your package still hasn’t arrived. This is due to transit times, customs processes and requirements from DHL. We only have 90 days to file missing claims. We apologize for this incident and the inconvenience it may have caused.
