International shipments are shipped by FedEx. All packages are shipped within two business days of order receipt, excluding holidays and special sitewide promotions. International orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Certain countries have specific restrictions.

International Terms & Disclosure

Please check with your country's customs office regarding the import of the products you wish to order. As the buyer, you are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees and other duties.

You are responsible for complying with international, national or local laws regulating the importation of products that you may purchase. If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Mercola Market is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, fees and/or any other expenses related to importing the products you order. If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.

By placing an order with Mercola Market, you agree to the terms above.

Restricted Items

Certain products may not be available for purchase due to your country’s import regulations. For those specific items, a notice will appear in your cart along with instructions to remove that product before you’ll be able to complete your purchase. Mercola Market cannot guarantee that our restriction information is always up to date, and it’s possible that a restricted item will not trigger a message in your cart. As regulations change constantly, we strongly recommend checking with your local authorities for information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order.

In some countries, importing supplements are limited to one 90-day supply per transaction and must be for your own personal use. Losses incurred due to exceeding your country’s limitations will not be refunded.

Damaged/Missing Packages

If your Mercola Market order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product along with the inside and outside of the box/envelope, and contact Customer Care within 45 days of the order date.

If your order was lost in transit, please contact Customer Care within 45 days of the order date so we may start an investigation. If your order tracking information shows that it was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Care within seven days of the delivery date listed on the tracking information.
