INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook pasta in well-salted water until al dente.
  2. Drain your pasta, and drizzle with cooking oil of your choice. Then fold in the tapenade.
  3. Prepare the rest of your ingredients by washing the tomatoes and basil, and draining the olives, and set up a small assembly line to make your skewers.
  4. For each skewer, add a piece or two of the cooked pasta, an olive, tomato, ball of cheese, basil leaf and carry on until you have used up all of the ingredients.
  5. Drizzle with cooking oil of your choice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
