For a fresh, flavorsome salsa, this recipe features simple ingredients from Solspring®, like our Biodynamic® Tomato Purée, made with tomatoes cultivated on a small family farm in North Italy, and our Real Salt® Ancient Fine Sea Salt, mined from untouched, ancient seabeds. Combined with fresh vegetables – bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, garlic and jalapeño for a bit of heat – this salsa is perfect for including in your next charcuterie board or with tortilla chips as a delicious snack.

  1. Add all prepared vegetables to a bowl, leaving out the cilantro. Add ½ cup of tomato puree and stir to combine. Depending on how chunky or smooth you like your salsa and how juicy your tomatoes are, add up to the full cup of the tomato purée.
  2. Taste and salt as desired, and fold through cilantro just before serving. Serve with veggie sticks or with tortilla chips, or include it in your next charcuterie board with other Solspring® favorites, like our Biodynamic® Kalamata Olives and Olive Tapenade.
