- What's the difference between Organic Calcium and Calcium with Vitamins D3 and K2? Which should I order?
It depends on your need for calcium. Our Organic Calcium supplies 1,200 mg of calcium per four-capsule serving – the ideal dosage for many adults. Calcium with Vitamins D3 and K2 provides a much smaller amount of calcium – 180 mg per capsule – but contains 5,000 IU of Vitamin D3 and 180 mcg of Vitamin K2 as an added convenience.
For best results, we recommend taking Organic Calcium with magnesium and vitamins D and K.
