Nattokinase
About this item
Details
Description
Unlike digestive enzymes, proteolytic enzymes – like Nattokinase – when taken between meals, quickly enter your bloodstream and help clean up your blood. In your tissues and organs, they go to work in a seek-and-destroy-type mission to help break down and clear out proteins, such as fibrin, that don't belong there. With a long history of use in Eastern cultures as part of natto, a traditional food in Japan, Nattokinase supports optimal heart health and healthy blood flow throughout your body.*
FAQ
- What is the suggested use of the product?
Adults, as a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule per serving on an empty stomach. This product can be taken one to two times daily.
- I use digestive enzymes. Do I need Nattokinase, too?
Digestive and proteolytic enzymes act very differently, even though you may see similar enzymes in both kinds of formulas. When you take digestive enzymes at mealtime, they go to work to help digest your food.
Proteolytic enzymes like Nattokinase, Serrapeptase Enzymes and Lumbrokinase Enzymes are taken between or away from meals to help digest the non-food proteins that you don't want in your body. I recommend taking a single serving one to two times daily on an empty stomach or at bedtime.
- Are there any contraindications for Nattokinase?
If you take anti-coagulants or blood thinners, avoid all fibrinolytic enzymes, including Nattokinase. It is best to consult with your health care provider prior to taking any dietary supplement.
- Is it safe to consume while pregnant or nursing?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your health care practitioner before using any type of proteolytic enzyme, including Nattokinase.
