An alternative to parmesan cheese, this versatile seasoning combines biodynamic and fermented turmeric powder, hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, fine salt and garlic powder for a smooth, earthy flavor perfect for sprinkling, stirring or swirling into a pasta, roasted vegetables, salads, soups, stews and more.

  1. Cook pasta as directed on packaging.
  2. Warm pasta sauce.
  3. Add hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, fine salt, turmeric powder and garlic powder into a food processor, and pulse-blend until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning to your preference.
  5. Pour warmed pasta sauce over cooked pasta, and top with seasoning as desired.
