  1. Cook Solspring® Turmeric Penne pasta as directed on packaging.
  2. Place the cooked pasta in a large serving bowl, add the tomatoes, olives, and capers.
  3. Combine the oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano and chilies together, then pour the mixture over the ingredients, and fold to incorporate.
  4. Garnish with parsley, basil, and oil. Season to taste, and enjoy!
