Do promotional offers apply to out of stock items?

No. Promotional offers are only available for the duration of the promotion and while supplies last.

Can I modify my order?

We are unable to modify or cancel an existing order at this time. Most orders you place with us at Mercola.com enter the shipping process very quickly (within minutes of order placement) so we can get your items to you as soon as possible.

Can I pay by check?

Now you can pay by check, certified money order, or echeck. All orders made by check/echeck will be placed on-hold until the checks and echecks have cleared. Once Mercola.com receives confirmation from the bank that the payment was cleared, your order will be fulfilled. This process usually takes up to 14 business days. Can I order by phone?

When will I receive my order?

Answers vary, and generally depend on the order. Staffers monitor all purchases processed through Mercola.com and can give tracking numbers if they are available. The day your order is shipped, you will receive notification via e-mail.

How do I become a Preferred Member?

To become a Preferred Member, you must order at least $500-$999 worth of products within a 365-day period.

Wholesale FAQ

What's your wholesale ordering policy?

We sell wholesale only to verified health businesses and practitioners. You must supply a valid Business ID (EIN) or Social Security Number (or whatever identification your country provides), as well as your full business name and address. All Illinois and Florida customers are required to fill out a reseller certificate  registration form and provide a resellers number for tax purposes.

How are orders taken?

You may order via phone, email, or online.

What are the accepted modes of payment?

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, checks, and Money Orders. If paying by credit card, you will be required to supply the 3- or 4- digit security code. When paying by check or money order, your order will be shipped once your payment clears our bank. In some cases this can take as long as 14 business days.

How is Shipping handled?

All United States orders are shipped by UPS Ground unless faster shipping is requested.

All P.O. box addresses will be shipped by USPS.

Most international orders are shipped by DHL. Mercola.com is not responsible for delayed time due to customs or customs fees and charges.

Please contact your local postal office or Customs Office regarding their regulations BEFORE an order is placed. We are a United States company and all orders are shipped from the USA. Any orders returned to Mercola.com will be refunded minus the shipping and handling fees as well as any other fees associated with the return.

Orders with weight restrictions will need to be called in. A prompt will appear when ordering online to notify you.

Orders being shipped to Canada are duty free. For Canadian orders, you will pay your Customs fees and province taxes during the checkout process. You'll know exactly how much it will cost before you complete the checkout process.

Do you accept returns and refunds?

In most cases, wholesale items are not refundable except for manufacturer's defect. Wholesalers should have their own return policy. Mercola.com is not responsible for the wholesale customer's returns for any reason other than manufacturer's defect. Do not have customers contact Mercola.com directly. In some cases, Mercola.com will accept returns within 30 days from the wholesaler.

Call our Wholesale Department at (239) 673-2110 for all wholesale return inquiries. Merchandise must be unopened and in saleable condition. The wholesaler is responsible for shipping and handling fees of original purchase if not defective as well as return shipping. Items returned for any reason other than Mercola.com's error or manufacturer's defect will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

In cases of damage or manufacturer's defect to the product, please send photos to [email protected] for review. Do not return any damaged or defective item without return instructions or authorization. Mercola.com will inspect the photos and handle returns and refunds accordingly.

Do you drop ship?

We do not drop ship at this time.

Are we allowed to sell on Amazon or other third party websites?

No, Mercola is the only authorized seller on Amazon. All other sites that sell Mercola products on Amazon are strictly prohibited.

Can I expedite the shipping of my order?

Depending on the items and location, we use DHL, USPS, or UPS on all online orders. You will be prompted to select a shipping speed during the ordering process.

Are any products restricted from being shipped to my country?

Certain products may not be available for purchase due to your country’s import regulations. For those specific items, a notice will appear in your cart along with instructions to remove that product before you’ll be able to complete your purchase. We cannot guarantee that our restriction information is always up to date and it’s possible that a restricted item will not trigger a message in your cart. As regulations change constantly, we strongly recommend checking with your local authorities for information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order.

In some countries, supplements are restricted for import to a 90-day supply and must be for your own personal use. *Losses incurred due to exceeding your country's limitations will not be refunded.
