    Vitamins ADK contains 5,000 IUs of Vitamin A, 5,000 IUs of Vitamin D3 and 180 mcg of Vitamin K2 (MK-7) – the ideal ratio for optimal nutrient absorption.

  3. I’ve heard that soy products may be good for bone health. Why do you use fermented chickpeas for your Vitamin K2 source instead of soybeans?

    Unfermented soy, like soy milk, fresh green soybeans, soy nuts and tofu are all naturally high in phytic acid. Phytic acid can block your intake of essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc in your intestinal tract.

    However, when organic soy is fermented, as with natto, miso and tempeh, the fermentation process neutralizes the undesirable effects of phytic acid. The fermentation process, especially in natto, is also what produces the high levels of vitamin K2 that are so beneficial for bone health.

    Since soy is a major allergen for many people and because most soy today is GMO, we decided to source our vitamin K2 from natto made from chickpeas. Fermented chickpeas produce the same high levels of vitamin K2 without the soy allergen concerns that many people face.

  4. I’ve heard magnesium is important for bone health. Should I take magnesium with this?

    Magnesium plays an important role in your bone health. If you are particularly focused on supporting your bone health, we recommend taking Magnesium L-Threonate along with Vitamins ADK.
