    Our Multivitamin Mini-Tabs for Women contain higher levels of folate and choline than our regular formula, plus two additional B vitamins for which women have a special need. It contains an additional 100 mg of choline and double the folate of the regular formula, with the addition of vitamin B6 and vitamin B7, also known as biotin.

  5. Is it safe to consume this product while pregnant or nursing?

    This product was not formulated specifically for pregnant or nursing women. We always recommend consulting with your health care provider before taking a new dietary supplement.
