  • SALT

I’m so disappointed that so many of these pet supplements have salt in it as an inactive ingredient. That’s not good for my babies and especially my cats with liver problems. I used to give them multiple a day, but had to stop all those with salt in it because it was making their livers work too hard. Please rethink about adding salt in your supplements!!!!

  • Great so far!

We initially had so much trouble getting our cat to take this supplement. He wouldn't eat it which we expected so we mixed as we normally do with some liquid mixing mediums (liquid supplements, fish oil etc). However, he the taste of this made him foam at the mouth so badly! It seemed impossible. He has heart failure and is on multiple medications but we were desperate to get this supplement into him as it has all of the great ingredients that we wanted. I finally found a way to make it possible to get the supplement into him! We add it to the fish oil and liquid supplement as we do with all of his powered supplements but then we added powdered bone broth... this was the key! Otherwise, he would foam so badly we couldn't administer it. We also started with less product, dilute as much as possible, add the powdered bone broth and use a syringe to put in his mouth in very small amounts at a time. It is not easy but it is so worth it! My cat seems better since we have been able to get him to take this now! Since we got him to take this supplement he overall seems better. Highly recommend! We also give our cat mercola Q10 and have for many years.

  • Rejuvenated My Dog

I started giving my dog this formula in the fall of 2020. I don't know how old he is because we got him from a shelter, but he must be at least 8. He had been declining in health: losing fur, losing weight, going grey, and losing his vitality. He just wanted to lie on the couch, not go out for walks, and he didn't play any more. Within two months of starting on the hearth health formula, I had a young dog back. He loves to go out and bound in the deep snow now. He'll bring me toys and demand to play. I even think his grey muzzle is turning darker again. Thank you so much, Dr. Mercola, for giving me many more years with my beloved dog. At the age of 67 myself, I'm wishing you had a formula like this for humans.
