I take a multivitamin supplement that contains B vitamins. If I take Vitamin B Complex, will I get too many B vitamins?
Because B vitamins are water-soluble and not stored in your body like fat-soluble vitamins, you can’t take too many. Your body will use only what it needs and release the rest. The studies on B vitamins referred to all used high levels with no adverse effects.
-
Are the levels of the B vitamins measured before the sprouting process or in the finished product?
What you see listed on the label and Supplement Facts is what is in the finished product. We utilize a controlled process that allows us to get the exact levels we want in the end product.

I eat a low-carb, grain-free diet. What about the quinoa used for sprouting – doesn’t that add carbs to the product?
A pseudo-grain considered holy by the Incas in ancient times, quinoa is actually a seed and not a real grain. It contains no gluten and isn’t a common allergen like some other grains.
For the sprouting process, we start with organic quinoa. The sprouting process uses up the quinoa’s pro-inflammatory sugars and eliminates antigens. The sprouted quinoa with the organically bound B complex vitamin is then made into a powder. This powder is very different from quinoa flour as it doesn’t contain carbohydrates and antigens.
-
Are the vitamins in Vitamin B Complex synthetic like other B vitamin supplements?
Our lab starts their patented process with synthetic bio-identical B vitamins, but that is where the similarities end.
During the sprouting process, the B vitamins become organically bound to the organic quinoa sprouts. Because they are now incorporated into the plant, they are no longer isolated vitamins. The B vitamins are now complete nutrients with their naturally occurring coenzymes and co-factors to aid in absorption, unlike typical synthetic B vitamins.

I currently use Vitamin B12 Energy Booster Spray, but the Vitamin B Complex contains B12. Can I take both?
Vitamin B Complex contains 6 mcg of Vitamin B12 or cobalamin, which is more than double the daily recommended amount (by traditional standards). B12 Energy Booster contains 1 mg per serving, which is considerably higher. Many people fall into the high-need group for Vitamin B12 – adults over 50, eating a vegetarian diet or restricting meat, having a digestive issue that might keep you from absorbing B12. If that includes you, we recommend taking both, as the amount in Vitamin B Complex may not provide enough B12.

Is it safe to consume this product while pregnant or nursing?
