For a versatile option, our Morning Joe Medium Roast offers a harmonious balance of smooth cocoa intertwined with delicate notes of almond, caramel, and dried fruit, perfect for any brewing method.

    1. What is the suggested use for these products?

      For our French Roast, we recommend a 1:14 brew ratio, using two (2) Tbsp. of freshly ground coffee per 6 fl. oz. of filtered water. For the Morning Joe option, we recommend a 1:16 brew ratio.

      Match the proper grind coarseness to your chosen brewing method:

      • Espresso – Fine
      • Drip – Medium
      • Pour Over – Medium Coarse
      • French Press – Coarse

      Our coffee and espresso options are sourced from one of the pioneers in Biodynamic® coffee cultivation and production. This exclusive partner selects plantations where coffee is planted within a forest (regenerative agroforestry agriculture), harvests the coffee beans by hand, and nurtures local relationships with family-owned farms and cooperatives.

    4. How is the integrity of the coffee ensured?

      Each of our Biodynamic® coffee and espresso products are traceable back to the workers who produced it. The coffee is also tested in an exclusive microbiological lab for contaminants, such as mold (including Ochratoxin A) and heavy metals, as well as other biological contaminants.
