Have had these beds for at least 5 years and still in as good of condition as when they were new. Bought neutral colored organic baby mattress covers for them to remove frequently for washing to preserve the covers, which have also been washed over the years. Washed on delicate cycle, cold water, and low heat dryer for 'damp' drying setting.

I ordered it because of the good materials in it but was so disappointed when I got it it was made in China 100% polyester. If I had known it was made in China I would not have ordered it. 5

I didn't expect too much when I received these beds, but I have to say I was wrong. Over a year later and I am purchasing 2 more of these for the bedroom. These are easy to clean, don't have that dog smell that dog beds get, and so far my dog has not chewed a hole in them. When I feel like I need to wash them I put on a rubber glove and wipe the dog hair off, unzip to remove the inside stuffing bag, turn inside out, and throw in the wash, then the dryer. I set the stuffing bag outside in the sun for the day to air clean it. My dogs love their beds. The price is a bit high, but worth it just keeping the dog smell at bay.

I love that the bed is made of organic fabrics and doesn't contain harmful, synthetic chemicals. However, as I was removing the brown bed cover from the washer yesterday I noticed what looked like pieces of a tissue in the machine. Upon further inspection it is the inside of the bed cover (the sewn in, hatched pattern part) that has started to disintegrate. I bought this bed in October of 2019 (it is now August 2020) and I have only washed the bed 6-7 times. I really expected the bed to last longer before coming apart.

Just received my large bed for my two small dogs Dachsund/terrier mixes (15 pounds each) to share. It is awesome!
