The Mr. and I both take one of these daily, this formula seems to work better for us than others.
I have been using Joint Formula for several years and if I miss a couple of days, my hips and knees let me know. I think it also helps with my hands, no stiffness or joint discomfort when I use it. Also don't need to take so many for comfort and are easy to take. Thank you for the wonderful products.
I tend to not take every supplement every day because I have too many. My first bottle of this I was taking for about a week at a time. Each time I went back on it, my knees felt better. I was convinced enough by the end of the bottle that I would order again. I bought 3 bottles this time. Yes they are large and difficult to swallow. But they are worth it to get relief. I didn’t take these consistently enough to know if it was also helping my back and neck, but I’ll make more effort this time.
I grind this pill in a spice grinder along with the multiple. I mix that along with the powder from other capsules into coconut oil. Much easier than swallowing too many and too big pills. They don't taste bad at all.

I’ve taken joint formula for years. I love it. My knee joints love it. I’ve tried other brands with similar ingredients but this is the only one that works for me.
I have been taking these for about 3 weeks. I noticed a difference within just a few days. My back no longer bothers me at all. I'm truly amazed. I'm a super healthy athletic person but my back has been bothering me on and off for many years. I'm in my later 40's and I have no idea why but these are great. The size is big but not considering the size of my throat so I don't see what the problem is for those complaining.
Tengo 3 meses tomando estas cápsulas, estaba sufriendo mucho con dolor en mis articulaciones, tengo fibromyalgia. Al principio me cayeron muy pesadas en mi estómago, pero ahora las tomo con comida y así no me molestan. La diferencia se nota. Los dolores han sismo en gran manera.
These pills are really, really good. Problem is they are too big and don't go down very well. I cut them in half but that makes them jagged, but I take them anyway. I can't afford to take one per day so I take 1/2 per day. Still works very well even at half the dosage. Highly recommend.
These are super supplements. AND they are NOT too big to swallow. I don't understand the bad reviews. I will continue to purchase these. Thanks.
Love Mercola products but the joint and the collagen pills are difficult to swallow. Go back to previous capsules. Will have to go elsewhere for both these products.
I can really tell the difference after taking these pills. They are bulky to swallow. . .but worth it!
Have been using these tablets for many years,find they ease the joints.See people complaining about the size.I run all tablets in a coffee grinder and then add to liquid or a shake,no problem.
and I can tell the difference, i am only 36 and have done extensive hike, runs and exercise, I bought this because I notice my joints crack and pop a lot, especially my knee, after 3 weeks my knee is quieter :) im satisfied with the product and i dont know why everyone is complaining about the size of the pill, its not that big nor that hard to swallow, its smooth, if you can put a piece of steak into your mouth, then this should be no problem.
Tablets are too hard to swallow! I’d rather take 3 small capsules than one large tablet.
The tablet is used to achieve meaning dosage. We suggest cutting the tablet in half or crushing to add to a smoothie or a shake for easier consumption. We hope this information was helpful.
I really wanted to be consistent about taking these, but I just could not swallow them. I tried breaking them in half, and that was worse, because the edges stuck in my throat. I wish these came in capsule form. I thought these might be slippery enough, but if you don't swallow tablets well, then these won't go down good at all.

The pills were too large, very hard to swallow. I normally don't have trouble, but these are huge. I couldn't take them.
We thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the Joint Formula! The Joint Formula is now in tablet form and by changing over to a tablet from a capsule allowed us to increase the amount of Eggshell Membrane to 500 mg without cutting any corners. We were able to develop approximately the same size of tablet as the capsule we were previously using. Please also keep in mind, you may crush the tablets if need be to add to a smoothie or a shake for easier consumption! We do hope this information is helpful!
My husband and I have been using this supplement for years. If we accidentally miss a few days, we can definitely feel the difference. Highly recommend!
I am now finished with my first bottle of Joint Formula, and hesitate to re-order it because the pills are a bit hard to swallow. I would like to be able to order it in capsules instead of the tablets. Please consider revising your formula.
