    • We do not ship Simply Soft Salt-FREE Water Treatment Systems, replacement units and accessories outside the US, Canada or to P.O. Boxes.

    Important Note:

    • Simply Soft Salt-FREE Water Treatment Systems and Simply Soft Salt-FREE replacement units should be installed by a licensed plumber per the warranty requirements. Installation should only take one to three hours.
    • If your home is larger than 3,500 sq. ft. and/or you have more than 3-3.5 bathrooms, you will need two systems installed side by side to not experience any noticeable drops in water pressure. Installing two systems will also double the life of each system.

    Return Policy:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee for select water systems. If an item is defective, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty. Simply Soft Salt-FREE Water Treatment Systems and Simply Soft Salt-FREE replacement units cannot be returned after 30 days unless you are a Preferred or PremierPlus member, in which you have up to 90 days to return these items.
