One of the best ways to enjoy superfoods is to combine them into a tasty shake. I’ve combined four top superfoods into one Super Shake – a recipe I know will become one of your go-to favorites for an energizing and delicious smoothie.
I start with one scoop of Chocolate Pure Power Protein Powder. Whey protein is a great way to support your fitness efforts and overall health. Plus, with Pure Power Protein, you receive probiotics to support your gut health and chia seeds for fiber and a plant-based source of omega-3s.
